YORA is an animal friendly company and therefore our manufacturing process and end products do not support or use animal testing. Wherever possible, we source raw materials that reflect this however we cannot guarantee that all are free from animal testing due to the varying safety regulations in different countries.

Prices are displayed depending on what country you are located in. If you are shopping in the US, prices will be shown in USD. If you are shopping in Canada, prices will be displayed in CAD. And if you are shopping in the UK, prices are shown in British Pounds.

Yes, all available products will be shipped within the usual timeframe as stated on the Shipping & Returns Page and pre-order products will be shipped separately at a later date.
Pre-orders are available for select YORA products. The total amount will be deducted from your bank immediately and shipped once the product is back in stock. For an estimated date of delivery, please refer to the product page of the pre-ordered product.

All orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm (AEST), Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday in Australia will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking link. To track your order, please follow the link in your order dispatch email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update on your shipping provider's website.
Currently all orders require a signature upon delivery.
If your order is delivered when no one is home, a pick-up card will be left at your property and your order taken to your nearby collection point. Please present this pick-up card along with your government issued ID at the nominated collection location to retrieve your order. A delivery confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address upon successful delivery or collection.

In the unlikely event that your product/s arrive damaged, we are happy to accept a return for a full refund. To organise a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Our glass containers, pumps, closures, stick products, foam inserts and shipping boxes are all recyclable. Our outer shrink-wrap and online packaging is all biodegradable.
A selection of our products contain organic ingredients, and this is specified on the product’s packaging. We strive to source the best ingredients globally to deliver real results, therefore we do not use organic ingredients solely.
